On Easter Sunday, 2001, I spent a wonderful day in Buenos Aires first exploring the barrio of Recoleta. The sun was shining and the temperatures were in the mid 70's as I explored the tomb of Maria Eva Duarte de Peron, (Evita) and then the square and crafts market.
Later in the afternoon after visiting Plaza Dorrego in San Telmo, I walked up to Casa Rosada, the Presidential Palace of Argentina.
