In 1969 I was managing KUWR-FM, the campus radio station for the University of Wyoming.  One afternoon while working in my office, I heard the voice of Ed Sullivan coming from the hallway.  When I went to see who it was, it turned out to be a young Bill Barrett trying out a few voices and characters.  I quickly found him a spot on the air where he soon became the "Man of a Thousand Voices" which included his alter ego, "Cecil LeBarge".

These days Bill, father of nine, is part of the Barrett and Fox team on New Country 93 KKNU-FM in Eugene, Oregon and can be reached at voicebear@aol.com.
