This picture is of the Cresent Athletic Club of 1903 football team publish in, "The Allegany Citizen" newspaper in Frostburg.  This publication was in existence from 1948 to 1961.

Pictured on the far right of the back row is Clarence Powers.  Directly in front of him is his younger brother Frank.
