Individual Note: Frances was the last child born in the Powers family and the last to die. He was named after the first Frances who died young. He lived most of his life in the Frostburg Md. area and became a Maryland Staate Inspector of Mines. He was one of the members of the Arion Band in Frostburg along with his brothers Clarence and Tom.
