The center of activity in Marrakech is the Jemma al Fna.  During the day the water sellers, jugglers and merchants hold sway.  At night the food sellers take over and make all sorts of Moroccan dishes.

Food is prepared in front of you by a cheery chef.  And though I wanted a nice fresh tomato salad, I thought maybe I should travel safe and avoid salads on the street.
